The Weekend ( 9/11-9/12)

Over the weekend, our group decided to split up into smaller groups of three people to pursue both of the designs and come up with models. We then shared both the models with the other " team" and decided on which one to continue with.

The "onion" like spheres are from the group that was working on optimally packed spheres. While the other two designs were different iterations of a receptacle that would optimally pack spheres.

Friday

On Friday, we did some more brainstorming and came up with two different ideas. The first idea was to automatically pack balls in an optimal way within a box, while the second idea entailed optimally packed spheres that acted as containers.
